Hampton Inn Public Bathroom

As a frequent traveler of Hilton hotels (100+ nights a year) I'm excited to and more properties moving away from single-use toiletries. Is it a brand standard that all Hampton Inns keep their bar soap? They've even got body lotion on the wall, but single use bar soaps for the hands and body. This isn't a big deal I'm just curious as it seems exclusive to Hampton.
